There are a ton of ways to make money from your phone but few are easier than touching your phone. A few companies are taking advantage of our love for money by creating apps that literally make you money by tapping your phone. You are going to screw around with it while you are in line at the bank anyway you might as well make some money from it. Here are a few of the best apps that make you money by touching your phone.
TAP$ for Money
The aptly named TAP$ app is the one that started it all. Let me tell you folks, when this app first came out you literally just sat around and touched your phone over and over again. The app has evolved quickly and has actually made using it a semi-enjoyable experience. They are not just giving away money here however, it takes one million taps to get a $15 Amazon gift card. Those who are savvy with the app may have not problem getting to one million as there are plenty of ways to increase the number of "taps" you receive per actual touch.
Fish for Money
This is a newer offering from Apps That Pay, LLC and it is the one that I use the most often. The game play mechanics are pretty simple, but you still feel as though you are doing something more than just tapping over and over again. Each fish is worth a different weight in pounds and it takes one million pounds to get a $15 gift card. Unlike other games this one actually offers a challenge in that you can lose pounds by catching one of the ugly fish in the pond. People who know how to work the game have a chance to really accelerate the process with plenty of power-ups to choose from to enhance the amount of pounds you can collect.
Do you guys remember the obnoxious trend that was Flappy Bird. It was a nearly impossible to play game which spawned all kinds of copy cats. Eventually, this stinker was pulled from the app store and the interest in any of its copy cats died away. This app is a remnant of that time with the same game mechanics. The difference is that once you accumulate 50,000 points you will get paid $10 in a gift card or through PayPal. If you want to drive yourself crazy for 10 bucks this may be the way to do it.
This is a new app and one that I have not had a ton of luck with so far. I have only been offered two questions and I missed one of them. That being said, this app has a lot of potential. They pay out $0.25 per answered question, and unlike most survey places, they pay out to PayPal automatically. I also have the unfortunate circumstance of living in Minnesota which for some reason makes me geographically shunned even though I live 10 minutes away from one of the biggest malls in the world. Though this app is not off to a good start, it may become something special if they play their cards right.
I am not much of an Android man myself, but if I was you can bet that I would have this app. It is simple, you make money every time you unlock your phone. Your unlock screen does become a constant advertisement, but everything is an advertisement now-a-days, you may as well make a little money off of it.
Is there anything out there that I am missing? Are you guys using any of these apps? Any tips I should add? Let me know in the comments!
